Hasn't it occured that disease is pleasure . Sex maybe pleasure , Food maybe pleasure , Money maybe pleasure , but for all of these pleasures there is an end result , what we sell and then in turn we buy attracts our pleasure senses , the film "Super Size Me" about a documentry which the reveals effects on someone after eating macdonalds for 30 days ,shows in the end the results aren't desirable ,the purpose of this documentary was to show the reality of what things we may think is good for us is in the end the result of a 'dis-ease' we wern't aware of which is causing us either mental or physiological suffering . . Drugs , smoking and alcohol lead to mental and physical detrimentation of health ,mentally and physically , it is obvious but some people forget what there doing at the present and don't remember why they didn't quit when in the end when consequence has got to the better of them . I use to smoke / weed and drink , I know what it is like and I don't like what I saw myself doing , all those memories are gone of how I felt and thought when doing those things , now my mind & health is a lot clearer & cleaner without them and seriously you become a better person getting out there and doing things like getting fit & active in life , as there is a degree of satisifaction and self -appreciation to what you have conquered when I watch others sit and smoke ,doing the things in the end will make them miserable people . . while you are happy and healthy .. If others don't like me for what I write now , then how can others dislike to what they do to themselves now .

Hi to everyone on the SFN board & I hope to learn alot from you people , if your wondering my name has philosophical meaning , so as for the peculiarity that explains the reason behind it .

Violence is never the first for any situation , there is no honor using ones a means of suffering upon someone, it's like cock fighting ( chickens ) , the best cock is the winner and will be respected in the ring and those who cheer the fighting ,in this case your country will support you if you choose to jump in that ring as there is always that self-sense of something to gain by the guys who run the competetion .. Honor is reaffirming ones dignity and collectively defines the countries reputation for what one stands for but really if your getting paid for what you do , then you are aware that you are serving your country because the guys who threw you in the competion invested a little time and money in you to do what they want you to do . For example ; You join the army @ 36000k P/Y ,sounds like good easy money . You are invested in training , so you may become a better fighter . You are sent on a duty to destroy and take over a zone ,a strikeforce is called . Then you find out from a leaked word that that zone housed doctors and patients . So here you have honored the people responsible for carrying out this duty but yet you betrayed yourself for causing suffering as a means to maintain that high standard of honor , you have unknowingly sacrificed your honor in exchange for the countries interest . For someone who has everything to lose and leaves it behind deserves honor , surgeons with families are out there serving around the clock in hostile conditions or doing humanitary work in harsh places who have to live in those conditions is an indication of someone who is sacrificing himself for the better of others . Anywhere when one is doing there job in which they put themselves on the line without the means of causing suffering but themself is honor . No intention was to be pointing out to anyone , just what I believe since I'm anti-authoritanistic.

Thales , Fear of Future , could this also be described as fear for the unknown since I think the unknown seems more imaginable than the future , as we can see things to exist in our mind in the future since the future doesn't exist in actuallity . as for the irrational thought being the base of this fear 'predicting what will happen on the premise of the future being unpredictable ' well I think I can agree to that idea . for example ; At night 2 am in the morning , all lights are off & everyone is sleeping , the back door squeeks open you wake up and you hear footsteps stepping through the kitchen , What happens next ? will you go out there and check who it is , stay in your bed so the person thinks your not paying any attention or ask who's out there , it would be frightening for single females living on there own knowing especially that there city is well known for crimes against women . hmmmmm ... Would this be an irrational reaction afterall or not , this fear is NOT irrational since it is being based on the premise of ' the city well known for crimes against women ' , the number one rule for humans is to stop ourselves from dying and crimes do just that as there is an unpredictability if you will die through crime . Crimes does cause trauma depending on the severity and this may trigger the fear of unknown in people for those who wern't aware that crime was going to happen ( unexpected , unpredicted therefore unknown ). In some cases where Glider mentioned being 'habitual' , criminals are habitual therefore less vulnerable to trauma . Advice .. From observation . My little brother doesn't take kindly to advice . My mother doesn't listen when I suggest something . Other children don't like parents advice . Parents don't like childrens advice . Some families / people are like this , so here is my idea .. why . Because people have ways of defending oneself from defeat / humiliation how .. Because they say they already know everything , so therefore will prove you wrong no matter how right you are . why ... They don't want to appear any less smarter than anyone else , why .... If I were to not like being put down then I would seem to be one who doesn't like others to be smarter than me . What goes through the mind of a terrorist? >Sense of helplessness and a need for icknowledgement and they are strongly dependant on eachother like as each muslim were to be like 'brothers' . They are all very political people as they opinionate and judge situations on just about everything , we are different as we are encouraged not to attain this attitude and behaviour towards our lifestyles . This is simply because it's unethical for western countries to believe this is how everyone should be and on the other , doesn't pose a good image, where as the muslim terrorist generally is a very tense person with many frustrations about life who you don't want don't want misunderstanding you or your faith & belief and tends to have no worries about his image as long he is within his faith & beliefs . There was once a time when government outlawed free speech once because they were afraid of such people , now if the government is afraid of something he can't get away with it by by gaffing the mouths of it's people , the muslim countries tend to overthrow the government if they suspect anything wrong with a regime .. What would make someone kill others just to try and get a ransom which they are not even going to get? I take it this is an independant question hence the mention of ' someone ' NOT terrorist . Simple , If the ransom isn't paid , then someone is going to get killed , isn't this the way it works if demands aren't met I haven't finished reading the rest of the posts here ,so before I change any of my ideas in regards to the original thread , I'll just say what I can here.
