  1. the answer is a real number. and it is not [math]\frac{1}{\infty}[/math] tell me if you need a hint
  2. no. This pattern does have a limit. And there is only one answer.
  3. no limit is not 1. This is a tricky one. Look closely, you over looked a number!
  4. A quick problem. Requires a little high school math reasoning. (x^2)(y) = x (z)(x) = y x, y, and z are not zero, +/-infinity, or +/- 1. Solve for x, y, and z. (there is a solution)
  5. kudos for anyone who solves this. This pattern goes on forever: 0, 1, 1/2, 2/3... What would be the limit as the pattern approaches infinity. In other words, whats the last number in the infinitely long pattern? example: 1.9, 1.99, 1.999 evenly approaches 2.
  6. I'm in the beginning process of creating AI (the very beginning). I was brainstorming and I came to a conflict of whether the language the computer should speak to the human should be English or another. The machine isn't for market. It is not for any profit. It is simply to study Intelligence. Esperanto is a human language, but not a official language of any region.
  7. What should be the best human language for communicating with a artificial intelligent machine. 1. English: most common - yet most annoying to work with for both the programmer and the end user. 2. Esperanto: one of the best planned languages, international language, very easy to learn, very easy to program with 3. Other planned languages?
  8. I copied this from my website, http://braintyrant.co.nr
  9. I taught my self calculus not through books but a 1 hour movie. the link the the movie is http://www.guba.com/general/search?query=+Conquer+Calculus&set=5&x=27&y=8 It goes through limits, continuity, derivatives, integrals, and Riemann sums.
  10. I don't understand why one would assume 1 and 1 wont equal 2. If you have 1 apple and 1 plum, you have 2 fruits. I don't know.. maybe I'm overlooking something obvious. Btw this is my first post so Hello SFN!!
