thanks for the responses but I am moreso looking for a way to very convincingly argue in court that this manipulation needs further investigation. I could quietly pass this info to the Dad and not have to resort to under handed tactics. As I said before I need to remain neutral or the mother will cut off contact to the child and his other relatives on the father's side mainly their grand mother. I was hoping a psychiatrist would offer up some important wording the court would not ignore. Basically the only way to help the child is to get him away from his mother so he'll speak freely about what she does and be free of her repercussions.

it was a simple court order no access without approval of child protective services Psychiatrist has written a letter stating recovery child protective services has taken the stance that since they were not able to assess his interaction with the children they are reccommending supervised access. The Father is fine with this and his lawyer anticipates no difficulties in arranging supervised leading to unsupervised. But we are off topic. It is the damage being caused to the little boy that is the issue I've done a bit of research and the technique is known as "gas lighting" where she so totally controls the little boy that he will do anything she requests so he will not be in trouble later. Just how do you get a court to actually take this into account because he will not tell on her as he knows he will be in big trouble later?

It's a long story but to cut to the chase the boy's Mom and Dad have split. The children reside with the Mother and have not seen the Father for about a year due to his psychiatric problems. The Father is now going back to court as his condition has stabilized but the Mother is Vehemently opposed to him seeing the children. The Mother has been to see a psychologist with her son at which the boy claimed to have injured himself on purpose and that he will do so again should he have to see his Father. Now here is where it get's tricky the little boy has discussed with me privately that he misses his Dad and he didn't hurt himself on purpose to escape being with his Dad as he said. He has confided that if he does not do as his Mom say's and say bad things about his Dad his Mom won't let him do anything. She grounds him to his room and doesn't let him see his friends or other things he enjoys. He has even made a serious allegation that his Father choked him. I have to stay neutral on this issue but how can the father get a psychiatrist to give credibility and thus investigate the manipulation of his son?. The Boy feels very guilty you can see he has became very withdrawn and depressed over all of this and privately talking with his Mother fby me on his behalf only leads her to punish him for talking about it. I'm at my wits end I even brought this to the attention of Child protective services and they shrug it off. This is seriously damaging that little boy. Stress induced psychosis is very prominent on his father's side of the family and seeming as how his stories are becoming more elaborate and unbelievable (at his Mother's encouragement) I cannot help but think he may be lapsing into this state. Please if anyone can shed light on what needs to be said or done to get some credibility into this issue please help this little boy.

No "old school doctor" was meant to imply he will not waste time on somthing he can't treat. It's irreperable and therefore irrelevant. Where as my personal opinion is that it is very distressing to not actually know the extent of the damage in a cognitive sense. There's patches of dead tissue that have noticably impaired my memory and some skills I wish to know how much has it "dumbed me down" I was a no effort straight A student at one time.........where am I at now? I could do complex math in my head now I require pen and paper, Dit it actually affect my I.Q. or just my ability to retain information?

This has been bothering me for quite somtime I suffered brain damage as a result of blunt force trauma. I have an old school doctor who say's don't worry about it it's permanent etc. But still it bothers me significantly. Mostly memory is impaired, for awhile I woke up everyday not remembering the last, that part has corrected itself. I would just like to know where I stand now compared to the average. An unusual part of the MRI showed that I have an abnormally large (insert medical term here) "bridge" that connects the 2 halves of the brain. So maybe that'll help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No they really don't know it's here I'm sure of that. Like they say somtimes the best place to hide somthing is in plain sight. Just don't tell anyone where you hid it. And it will be funny for them to find out in the end how easily they could have cheated. "the simplest solution can often prove to be the most difficult"

Phew! you had me worried there for a second but I did the google thing and got 19 250 000 000 results. That was google Canada that I used. I think I am going to pass on the posting of my theory on Hyper Adaptive Evolution because I feel it will only fall on deaf ears. I believe there will be little in the way of constructive criticism and therefore a complete waste of time because there will be no advancement by engaging in a endless debate with users not open to persuasion. I think I would much rather engage in a discussion about the possibility of developing an entirely self sufficient transportation ship. I will be posting my idea for this in the appropriate forum. The basics........Using a water source heat pump to power a steam engine with electricity provided by a total encasement of the ship in solar panels. At least I will learn somthing from others more knowledgeable in this area.

No they can't just google my number sequence to do that they would need to know where this forum is my real identity etc. And yes I am suggesting (and opening myself up to criticism from B/W no gray area thinkers) That people can use intuition to correctly predict these numbers with a very high degree of accuracy. The test is in it's preliminary stages but so far they seem promising. It's one of those things that will alway's be shrugged off by science as coincidence no matter the results ..........I understand that But as I posted earlier I believe there is so much more we don't understand than we already know. Eventually science will be able to explain these things but until then it's a ridiculous notion for the science community. On par with creationism and perpetual motion. I am in operation of a number predicting competition and need the "time stamp" to prove numbers were not altered several of the competitors have shown an uncanny ability to predict numbers with extraordinary accuracy. I Imagine as science buffs the majority of you would shrug off such as nonsense and coincidence and nothing extraordinary Where as I personally believe there is more about the human mind and body we don't understand than there is that we know.
