  1. Hi everyone, If space is infinite, then it means that Earth is in unimaginably high place in reference to some places in space.
  2. Hi everyone, Do you think control over your desires are possible?
  3. Hi everyone, I wanted to create this thread because of the duration of time itself. Time cannot have a duration of more than zero seconds. Time having a duration of more than zero seconds means that when time is one second, an amount of time that is the duration of that time passes and time is still one second, which is impossible.
  4. I know that person is saying it transformed. If someone says that a circle became a square, he is saying that a circle is a square or a circle is the same as a square. So you are saying that a circle cannot be a square or a circle is not the same as a square, therefore a circle always remains a circle. Try to ignore that change is happening. Try just focusing on understanding what I am saying. I was not saying that a change is happening, I was saying suppose someone else does.
  5. I still think that I am not getting understood here. I will try again to explain what I am saying here. Things are always what they are. Suppose someone claims that a circular object will become a square object. That person is saying that a circular object will be the same as a square object, which is obviously not true because a circle and square are two different shapes.
  6. I think that I am not getting understood here, that is the reason for so many disagreements and bashing. Again, I would like to say that I am not getting understood easily here. If A becomes something different, then A and that different thing are both one and the same thing and not different from each other, therefore A cannot become different.
  7. Hi everyone, This post is about the edge of space. I have attached a picture to make it easier to understand. Suppose someone claims that space B in the picture is the beginning of the left side of space A. The part D of space B is to the right of part C, therefore part D of space B cannot be the beginning of left side of space A, therefore space B cannot be the beginning of the left side of space A. Suppose someone claims that space B in the picture is the end of the left side of space A. The part C of space B is to the left of part D, therefore part D of space B cannot be the end of space A, therefore space B cannot be the end of space A. In conclusion, no space can have space within it which is the beginning or the end of it.
  8. Hi everyone, This post is similar to my posts in the thread about change, but I decided to create a new thread about this post since that thread is already two pages long. I would like your opinions on the following. If object A becomes something different, then that different object is A and not different, therefore nothing can become different. Thank you.
  9. Hi everyone, I just have a question about contradictions. Is there any proof that contradictions are not possible?
  10. I am talking about the following definition of space. a continuous area or expanse which is free, available, or unoccupied. [https://www.google.com]
  11. I did not come up with that definition, that definition is in the dictionary.
  12. Thanks for the advice. I agree that "not possible" is the same as impossible, I also know something being impossible to happen means that it cannot happen, but I cannot agree that it means that it cannot ever happen.
  13. I am sorry, at the moment I have trouble proving that volume of an object equals the volume of space it is occupying.
  14. I am sorry, I cannot become more detailed about this subject than I did. I am kinda stumped about this subject. I would like to also add that I do not believe that change is not possible. I just wanted some help finding flaws in the statement about change.
  15. I am just uncertain about the definition of change. What I think it means makes me think that change is something contradictory happening.
  16. I do not believe that misuse of my words are interesting. I cannot tell you if I am misusing words or not.
  17. I just thought that people would find this to be very interesting because it gets contradictory.
  18. I am talking about the definition of something "becoming" something else. If a circle becomes a different shape, and the new shape is not a circle and some other shape, then we can say that a circle has not become a different shape. I know that I am saying that a circle becomes a different shape and I am saying that it did not, that is the reason I am discussing the definition of "becoming".
  19. True. But, it is not occupying all the space in that room. So, that is not a great proof that the volume of an object can be different than the volume of the space it is occupying.
