  1. I do not believe that empty space does not exist. I just wanted comments on the statement about the empty space that I posted. I was trying to say that I am talking about empty space.
  2. I am talking about the following definition of space. The definition of space is an area that is unoccupied or empty.
  3. I am not saying that you can. All I am talking about is the definition of something "becoming" something else.
  4. If a circle has become a square, and it is only a square, then the circle has not become a square. If it did, then it would be a square and a circle.
  5. So you are saying that it is possible for something that is five inches long to occupy two feet of space?
  6. Let me try again at making this clear. A = circle B = square When we say that object A changed into object B, we mean that object A became object B. Once object A has become object B, object A is object B. Therefore, circle is square.
  7. Let me restate why I said things about nothing having a size. The volume of a space is the same as the volume of an object in that space. Therefore, if space exists in which there is nothing, then the volume of that space equals the volume of nothing in that space. If size of nothing cannot be anything but zero, then space in which there is nothing is also zero in volume which means that there cannot be space in which there is nothing meaning that empty space cannot exist.
  8. By saying: I meant that if there is five feet of space in which there is nothing.
  9. It seems that you guys have hard time understanding me, let me post a revised version. If something is red, circle and existent, and becomes a square, then that red, circle and existent thing is red, circle, square, and existent. If it becomes green, then that red, circle, and existent thing is red, green, circle, and existent. If it becomes non-existent, then the red, circle, and existent thing is red, circle, existent, and non-existent. I am sorry if I am still incomprehensible.
  10. Hi everyone, Let me know what you think about the following. Is Change Possible? If something is red, circle and existent, and becomes a square, then something red, circle and existent is red, circle, existent and square. If it becomes green, then something red, circle, existent, square is red, circle, existent, square and green. If it becomes non-existent, then something red, circle, existent, green is red, circle, existent, green and non-existent.
  11. It is very simple. The volume of an object occupying space is the volume of the space it is occupying. If something is five feet long, the space it is occupying is also five feet long. If nothing occupies five feet of space, then the size of nothing is five feet also.
  12. If empty space can exist then it means that nothing can have a size other than zero.
  13. Sorry about posting links. I would like your opinion on the following. Empty space is space in which there is nothing. Size of nothing is zero, therefore it takes zero amount of space, which is why there can be no empty space. – Farid Ameen
