  1. The reason I think that is because I don't believe in any god creating life on Earth, I believe it happened because the ingredients and conditions were there from natural processes. I understand life forms as just to keep on producing life, like that's it's main goal. For humans to be able to produce offspring in early teenage years I think it made it possible from these years as being the best due to less mutations and errors to DNA of the host that's passed down and of course the process couldn't put any thought into the problems it would pose like our standards of knowing it's best to grow into an adult with a level head before having offspring.
  2. I ponder the thought of the reasoning of why us humans once puberty hits are able to produce offspring. In our society having a child at this young age is not ideal for many reasons. I can't help but think the reason is because one's DNA hasn't copied itself as many times as the DNA in anyone older in age, less copying thus less mutations, errors as well as epigenetic altered DNA.
  3. Yes, it is sad, a sad reality, that's why I posted it. You'd really have to be female to get a real sense of what I mean. Sure the love I'm talking about happens, every day but it's only temporary yet it's something that we want to last forever and it just don't.
  4. I've come to the conclusion that love, the love we idolize in our thoughts where a man and a woman love each other, wanting no other but each other, intimately is a beautiful thing...but it is unachievable, unattainable and unreachable. I realized this as I researched to learn what we are biologically.
  5. I don't want to sound negative, just real. Just who do you want people to pray to?
  6. Bufofrog....well you're like most people in thinking that and I understand the reasoning of it. When lions fight and imo the lion has the most brutal life because the possibly of a fight is constant not to mention that the young males are "run out" of their family pride by their father(s) when they start developing a mane as this is indicative of coming into sexual maturity. Concerning the mane as a protective defense to protect the neck during fights lions actually "go" for their opponents (other lions) hind quarters. The mane is considered a sexual ornament and there's never been another animal I've been more interested in than the lion. The kind of things that make me ask questions as the one I did in this feed.
  7. Hi, I have a question about the evolution of sexual traits I want to understand. Specifically, the lion's mane, another animal that's a perfect example is the male peacock. The way I percieved what I've read about this morphed trait (mane of lion) is that a male has a mane because the females favored it the same goes for the beautiful feathers of a male peacock. So how does a trait such as a mane know the opposite sex favors it? For one thing didn't it have to be there first for the opposite sex to know if they liked it or not?
