  1. So the jets that they are talking about are outside of the event horizon, correct.
  2. How does this matter escape if nothing can escape a black hole?
  3. We wouldn't be able to see a galaxy of anti-matter would we, due to the fact that the photons would be anti-matter coming from that galaxy.
  4. If the Hubble telesope can look back about 13 billion years and takes pictures of 100's of galaxy's all clumped together, is it possible for the Hubble to look in another direction and take photos of the same galaxy's it took the first time?
  5. My Bad. Your right about the 65 million years.
  6. That is my point. What I am looking at is 13 billion years ago. If it was 13 billion years ago wouldn't the age of the universe be twice that to get to a state of how it is today.
  7. I guess I just don't understand. It seems if I look at something that happened 13.8 billion years ago that was 13.8 billion years ago. I'll try this again. Say I am sitting on another planet today that is 2 million light years away. I have a very power full telescope and look back at the earth and I see dinosaurs roaming earth. What I am missing on while sitting on this other planet is that 2 million years of time has passed and there are humans now inhabiting earth and are actually looking back at them and what they see is what happened on that planet 2 million years ago.
  8. If the age of the visable universe is 13.8 billion years, according to the latests I could find on line, why is the universe not 27.6 billion years old, since what we are seeing is 13.8 billion years in the past?
