If space is filled with  quantized particles and antiparticles, when they appear/decay, the process manifests in the classic world, so must behave according to it's principles of some minimum inefficiencies of process. Is that the basis of dark energy? Each bit of space giving off that minimium loss?

  2. this does seem to infer that with the pure informational state carrying out the implicate order that filled the ROM proceeded in a perfectly efficient state. A theoretical 1+1=2 with no losses, as opposed to a mechanical effort post BB to replicate this function having the minimum amount of inefficiencies, due to the energy loss required to accomplish this calculation, leading to a surmise that this is why the universe began in a low entropy state.

  3.  religion in general seems to indicate that a desire to answer the "why anything" question is the main theme, and the rest is folk wisdom added on. This question is one that may preceed sentient development on earth, or even predate the universe. If everything is information, and this information informs our universe how to behave, then earlier forms of data could have determined exactly what and how this particular universe came about prior to the big bang,  and the BB functioning as a transition state from pure information to a  rapidly refreshed projected description of that earlier state, making this universe is a defacto ROM readout of that prior condition. I submit that the development of sentience is the "work" required by the universe to know it's own origin, and we being elements of that system, are the mechanical process by which this is accomplished. It does seem that the inherent inefficiencies of the universe's physical systems are a factor in the phenomena of entropy.

  4. if the gravitational effect of the central black hole on earth  is above the plank level of measurability, that is an interesting thing...thanks  Janus for the good input. What level of measurability pertains to the holy ghost?  None, therefore my idea is a plank level more relevant than traditional religious methods. In the end measurability doesn't matter, where attention is focused is, and again, the thing you worship is at least real and has real local effect. Black holes are quantum objects, recent work has suggested a quantum based awareness with the Penrose/ Hammeroff conjecture of the microtubules in cell structures. I make no  overt inference of a connection between the two concepts.

  5. There is good evidence that BHs exist, or once did in your scenario, as opposed to sprites, fairies, hobgoblins and related historic fables of epic fictions. It seems unlikely that black holes disappear under the time scale you express, and my intention is to de-localize religious fixations, not to attempt to establish an accurate physical model.

  7. A certain amount of deception would be required, but not much, since most are delighted to be deceived by easy answers, which further justifies their  intellectual and moral sloth.

I am interested in gaining information as to variations in religions on what sort of properties a deity or deities developed in the northern hemisphere societies  vs. peoples in the mid lattitudes and, lastly,  of  the southern hemisphere. Does location specific to global position have any obvious effects on the structure of these religions? A student of religious history might  answer certain questions of mine, such as are there more "sky gods" in the southern hemisphere, and why is satan always portrayed as "downward", or earthwards, in northern areas? If looking downward in the northern hemisphere is a line of sight on Sag.A,  which is above the horizon in southern hemisphere locations...could this have any bearing on intuitive recognition of certain vectors of human religious spatial assignments?

    Ernst Mach proposed that local gravitation is affected by the entire universe's mass....that seemed important to Einstein and has possible bearing on the Mach thruster concept.

  10. yes, it may be "irredeemable nonsense", but what religion isn't?....I only want a more humane and positive form of religion until time will relegate them all to the dustbin of history, replaced by truth, should the human race exist long enough to accomplish this task.

I disagree with the statement that central black holes don't have major influences on the particular galaxies they are within and agree with your judgement of "traditional gods" Thanks for the input. The simple proposition that black holes contain most of the information in the universe, seems to relevant here, viewing  the universe a a mathematical object, as ordered by particular set of mathematical algorithms. A concentration of this information at the particular location of Sag. A, seems a viable option to traditional methods to focus one's attention on, regardless of whether the black hole is a conscious thing or not, it seems more likely to have a valid point of focusing one's attention vs. a bloody cross. So, I go with a more positive scenario that expresses an advanced knowledge of one's position in the universe on a personal level and does not contain the karmic negativity of christianity's main symbol. Since a quiescent black hole is invisible, this is an intuitive commonality with the Muslim religion, which eschews symbolic portraits of their divine being. An intuitive statement from the sonoran sorcerers, who posited the universe is composed of "fibres", which later was expressed by L. Susskind  in the 60's with his invention of string theory, which is "wiggling loops", intuitively understood as fibres by the scorcers of Mexico.

  12. An improved religion is one that lowers the percentage of wishful thinking to allow actual knowledge to take it's place in the heirarchy of it tenents. The question is what and how to base a new religion, and preferably be one that is information based, to the degree that the information is reliable and trustworthy. If the the universe is a set of mathematical structures, or simply guided by them, then based upon where is the largest amount of information in a objective sense in our physical realm, it is the black hole at the center of this galaxy, called sagittarius A star.  This should be the new focus of attention, not a local ad-hoc arrangement of historic attention grabbing items such as crosses, figurines, and other idolistic entities. The overall sense of evolution  as a mechanism that acts through information processing on the galactic level, as a comfortable place in the universe is required for  sentience to arise, and the particular arrangement this galaxy offers is quite worthy of praise, since it allows the concept of praise to exist. The force of evolution on this planet,is an emergent feature of our galactic arrangement, with a particular set of principles based upon local properties of matter and energy. So, in this arrangement, '"god" is the black hole and evolution is the resultant local outcome, whatever name you want to give to that, I prefer FOE, or force of evolution, the two edged blade that slaughters some species and protects others with the outcome that seems anthropromorphic, but probably isn't.

  14. today the atty general of New York state announced fraud charges of millions of dollars to 4 central figures including La Pierre, over many years of illegalities, and a charge to dissolve the organization altogether. 

  15. I have not removed the normal conductors as there is a small boundary between the edges of these layers and the outer and inner ring areas. I plan on leaving the normal contacts and adding the new inner/outer edge contacts since I can keep them electrically separated about 1/16th" With low voltage experiments this should offer sufficient isolation. Before modifying the original contacts, it seems advisable to see how the piezos respond with varying the placement of the stimulation voltages, between the regular contacts vs. the new ones, and then stimulate both sets concurrently, and then switch phases  between the two sets to see how the piezos will behave in these novel situations.   

  16. A re-introduction of a thinner poly washer between piezos would solve the leakeage problem with a minimum of shock transference loss. The poly washers would only have to be thick enough to reduce leakage to a tolerable level. thus allowing a full coverage of the outer ring surface, which should be to some advantage in electrical energy transfers. I will  grind off the normal contact material of one and apply aluminum paint to the inner and outer ring surfaces to see if this idea is feasible.

It has occured to me that there could be some advantage to grinding off the normal electrical contact surfaces from the faces of the piezos, and moving them to the inner and outer ring surfaces, which are normally electrical insulators. This would allow a central rod attachment for grounding the stack, and move the drive signals to each exterior ring surface. The advantages would be no intervening poly insulators or contact materials within the stack, enhancing shock transfer between elements. The physical distances between contacts would be doubled from approx 5mm to 10mm, perhaps offering a higher breakdown voltage, and an overall simplified assembly and shorter stack length. The central ring contact could be the full width of the body, as all are contacted electrically anyway, but the outside rings would need some gaps between them, so would necessarily be somewhat narrower, to prevent mixing of drive voltages between the edge contacts. The voltage leakage  between the edge contacts would be an issue to deal with, and the main problem which I see with this idea.

  18. thanks for the good input hu??....yes, I have pretty much determined that the thrust measured so far is from the audio standing waves causing a column of air pressure below the stack, as I re oriented the stack to be well above the platform and the thrust disappears, but with some odd aspects that need to be resolved later, but for now,  I presume some actual thrust is there  but near the same level with woodwards team, down in the micronewtons. I have had to air cool the output stages running 1KV into the supply to the output transistors. Pushing the piezos too hard causes excessive noise in the system,  overheats the machine, making all relevant issues more difficult. My plan now is to lower the voltage back down to 300V.  The machine runsr cool at that level, and can easily  deliver a stable signal of my thrust candidate. i will next build a five parallel stage linear to be driven by the equipment with this lowered supply voltage. This will allow the linear to do the  heavy lifting to drive a second stack  of identical piezos which will now be the proposed thrust element in the system, the existing stack to be used as five separate signal sources.  I have looked up transistors that can handle high voltages and currents and have found nothing so far, so will proceed with 6JE6 horizontal output tubes which can handle plate voltages up to 5KV.  The 6BK4 was used as a HV reg in early color tvs, and operated as a triode with a normal plate voltage of 25 KV, so if the "piezos diriving piezos" concept proves workable,  and no thrust seen in 6JE6 drive mode, higher voltages will be tried with 6BK4s until the breakdown voltage of piezos is reached.

  19. If a ship is near relatiivistic speed, it can measure Unruh radiation at the ship's location, and not to a stationary observer  watching it going by,  correct? The same with Hawking radiation.....it could be measured at or near the event horizon, but not at a distance?  If so, it that because the info in either case is red shifted away ?

As both seem to be the collision of matter into a region that normally is undisturbed, unless by a abnormal situation in where the VP pair's structure, which is determined from the first instant, is a mirror of what should be it's perfect antiparticle. By the time the energy waveform hits the second instant, matter normally not present is near enough to have quantum effects show up. This is the distortion factor in common.

What functional relation is there, if any,  to Unruh radiation emitted under high velocities by an accelerated spaceship,  and of stationary thrusters, either the Woodward  device, which accelerates a phononic shock wave, or the Shawyer device which accelerates microwave standing waves in a sealed cavity? Here I am presuming that the NASA work showing the Shawyer device to work as legitimate, hence my interest in this area.
