Topics I've Started

  1. Is trhere an end to GODS eternity?

    21 May 2012 - 06:33 PM

His intellect alone could have taken him into any scientific field he desired, yet he chose to do this. Why? This link is just short of an hour long, so unless you are interested; don't even start.

  2. Self propagating electrical power source???

    16 May 2012 - 01:52 PM

Don't laugh, but this is interesting. Not knowing the language makes it difficult to understand his principal. While it seems to be what might be considered a con job, I was hoping someone might be familiar with the process he is demonstrating? Does anyone have a schematic of the system? Is it for real? His video is at the very bottom of the article.

  3. Is there something after we die?

    15 May 2012 - 04:37 PM

It would be nice to have two or three hundred years as a lifetime to distinguish between the good and bad points of our existance that we have been exposed to. But when I watch something like this, it makes me wonder? I'm not religious by any stretch, but this kind of nut "scares hell" out of me. Can we make a destinction between scientific knowledge and an unfalsifiable religion with people like this around?
  4. Thorium vs Uranium

    14 May 2012 - 04:31 PM

Yes, green energy should be used to its fullest where and when possible. But this artilcle and video are quite interesting and should make us wonder why it has taken 50 years to evaluate the pros and cons of using a nuclear process that seems much safer than uranium, to build the same power source? With advanced particle accellerators already on the drawing board, it should take only a short time to design the mechanics needed to incorporate such a new system, while possibly using parts of the old one? Will someone please explain to me why we haven't done so already?

  5. Waves ~ of Creation and Energy

    9 May 2012 - 01:49 PM

I've trudged along for almost 2 years now on this forum with a 5 year old mentality in science.. Reading is the one thing providing new questions to me. My latest Q: Is everything in the universe nothing more than energy waves? Having just found this particular item, I would like to share it. Perhaps you are already familiar with it and it is stale to you, but to me it is totally mysterious. I have no idea who wrote it, and only remotely understand what it means. But If you are into this type of thing please respond, or give me some different links to read or look at. These links are not the initial reference I was referring to, but they will have to do for now.

You been to the Philippines? You must have dropped by in Cebu City before you returned to Germany. What`s in the Filipinos that amazes you? Our national hero, Dr Jose Rizal was well-loved by the people he met in Heidelberg. He even wrote a poem, The Flowers of Heidelberg.

It's ok. I was very offended in my first post, but not really in any of the others. My messages may seem to come across as more emotional than they actually are. That is not the case. Thank you though.
