I don't recognise the mathematics here, but if you can give us more information about this then it maybe possible that someone here can offer you some advice on where to find more information. They don't remind me of anything in particular. If they are to do with the pyramids at Giza then it is something interesting about Egyptology, to the grids represent something to do with the rooms or the construction or something like that... or they are some kind of pseudo-science quackery that the pyramids attract. In the shadows of the left hand figure is the landmasses of the world - the solid lines form a reticule over the area of Cairo - ie the great pyramids. To the OP, it is counterproductive to post insufficient information/description, if you are serious about it. All you achieve (as here) is a group of other baffled posters asking what you mean, instead of being able to get on with the discussion. Useful information would be what is the (approximate) date of the picture and where is it to be found? What material is is painted? inscribed? on? And that image - "the medial recalibration" is typical of the numerological/mystical stuff that understandably gets mixed up with the pyramids.
