Me and my partner received an extremely important assignment that will occupy our entire semester, but we don´t have no idea how to start it.

Basically, we were asked to find an article regarding physiological processes so that we can model it using Matlab, but we can´t seem to find any article that includes graphs, differential equations, with no partial derivatives.

Any help on finding an article meeting this requirements would be greatly appreciated.
