Is Invisible Making Clothes Or Some Other Thing has really been invented?

Recently I have been told that Science has been able to produce effect in the body that will allow light to pass through and do not return back may be through some clothes or any thing else. Is this really true. I am not able to came with some recent results by Googling.

I dont think invisible Making Clothes has been invented. It would be hard finding it on Google if it has.
