Of course what he meant was that anyone can manipulate figures to make them show what you want them to show. Just a side note! If your in the science field also and your interested in how many students are studying science subjects in school these days then do some stats on that. Personally, I really want to know about the percentage of people study chemistry around the world today. If anyone knows figures from there home state/country then that would be cool.
