Could someone reccomend specific resources (literature etc.) as on how to create complex organizations (a company, a political party, a religious organization... whatever) from scratch and successfully manage it? It amuses me how some people have such an organizational skill that they start with a small company and turn it into a multinational corporation with branches, sub-branches and a myriad of other institutions. For me just the amount fo bureaucracy involved would be a nightmare.
