I have recently become interested in inertial guidance systems, specifically I want to know the physics of how they work. Assume I know nothing and go from there.

You go to a bookstore or library and get books on the topic. A bulletin board is really not the place to learn a topic from the ground up.

 

That all depends on who frequents the board. It's one of several things I am currently interested in. Also it's a good way to find people with similar interests. I could read a book on it, but its more enjoyable to interact with a person who already has the knowledge you seek.
