I am studying molecular biology Master in Vilnius university (Lithuania). My studies goes in to the end and I look for place for PhD studies in every countries. I want ask for help with it, and ask yours opinions about molecular biology PhD studies. Which county is best or which university?

There is no best place per se. Rather you would look at research groups with interesting topics that fits your interests and try to get positions there.
