how to collimate or focus white light to a distance of 19 cm or 33 cm?

I want to make measurements of refelectometry in situ,
and 19 cm is the distance between the substrate and the window.

Have you considered 3 (R,G,B) lasers into a prism, as projection televisions light engines have, without the LCD panels ?

I have a couple of the light engines pulled from projectors and would seem to work for your needs.
