how many rotations on it's axis

If the Earth did not rotate on it's axis, but it did still orbit the sun, then one day and one year would be the same. See what I am saying here?

So, the question is, in a 365 day year, how many times does the Earth rotate on it's axis? 364? or 366.

How many hours & minutes does it take for the Earth to rotate once?

According to the link that J.C. posted, the Earth has to rotate more that 360 degrees to make a solar day.

I gather from the link that the answer to my question is that the Earth rotates 366 times in a 365 day year because the rotation is counter clockwise for both the orbit and the rotation as seen from a point above the North pole. :) Right?

Edited to add:

So, I guess that it takes a little less than 24 hrs. for the Earth to rotate 360 degrees on it's axis. They said 4 minuets less.
