When creating a new CD is there anyway to write it so WMP recognises the track names when the CD is inserted?

 

Im doing compilation CDs.

i dont know about that. when u insert an audio cd. all the listings are downloaded from db sites like freedb or cddb.

Depends what format you're burning in. If it's MP3, you can give the files any valid file attributes you like. If it's CDA, then I have no idea.
