In my guess, things and ideas that don't have any evidence in the universe to prove them don't have truth (They can't be "true"). Maybe all options are in "superposition"?

In physics no, just our current best numerical model of the universe. Ideas can be shown to be wrong though.

We currently have a set of models that do a really excellent job of modeling the universe, we can test these models from within the universe.
