Here is a paper i ran across while surfing the net and it peaked my interest even though my understanding of it is somewhat less than zero. It suggests that the quantum vacuum can be manipulated in a way to provide thrust without reaction mass. They mention travel times to Saturn in days or weeks instead of the current years, what does every one think?
