I want do growth the day after tomorrow and I am worried about my media not getting bad, I was wondering if i can put it in cold room for the time I dont use it? Thanks. CharonY Posted May 26, 2013 Share Posted May 26, 2013 If it is not autoclaved or filtered there is a good chance of contamination, even in the fridge. But you would have to sterilize it before use at some point, anyway.
