supplements, are they really convenient?

Supplements are not to be taken exclusively. And since you're eating real food with it, you run the same risk of becoming "too used" to them as you do becoming allergic to real food because of an excessive water intake.

Food allergies caused by "excessive water intake"? That sounds utterly absurd. Do you have any data to back that up?
