Transfer T lymphocyte from mice to mice

Hiii again,

 

Can someone tell me how can I transfer some NKT lymphocyte from a mouse to another without irradiating the donor mouse...

I mean, will there be any reject because of mismatching between the donor and the recipient ? How can I prevent this ???
