So we all have a great amount of potential energy, but since i'm made of stable atoms then its almost impossible to ever use that energy? correct?

No massive body can travel at the speed of light. Conversion takes place in nuclear reactions

but in general relativity mass variation takes place because of conversion of kinetic energy into mass.
