camera start work in T1 time and open chip only for 1 s

for more simply think please use R distance = 300 000 km

 

What happen with camera and rocket in time between (T1,T2)

 

What You think rocket velocity V can change point where camera and light have collision

( V rocket base on light quantum between time (T1,T2)

 

brightness of picture has strong relation with R distance ( it is square function relation )

For light the distance ® would be longer in the direction of the green arrows(1) and shorter in the direction of the red arrows(2),because of the velocity of the rocket.
