Can't identify dc-dc converter

I've found a brand new in box dc-dc converter. No description of input/output specs. Can't find anything searching web.

It is manufactured by wilson microwave systems, inc, made in japan.

Box and unit says it's a DC1000, D3000256

Anyone have any ideas on how I can identify specs?

Cincinatti was acquired by Escort Inc., only deals in radar detectors as far as I can tell. Emailed them but serious doubt them being able to help.
