Dear All,

 

I am new here to this forum and would like to say hello to all of you. I am conducting hall effect on 1x1 cm CIGS solar cell. I would like to know if the results I am getting from the instrument are correct. Therefore, I am looking for some journal papers on the electrical properties of CdS CIGS thin film. Thank you all in advance.
