It is very difficult to understand all tricky things from a thin physics or chemistry books. Anyone has good web sites related to science notes?

http://www.sparknotes.com is a pretty good resource for just about every subject, I've used it for English and Calculus, it's definitely worth checking out for physics and Chem.

If you're looking for maths definitions, check out MathWorld, although it is a bit technical. Things like WikiPedia are also pretty good.
