already done.. played around with the levels a lil bit. its in bmp. tell me if u cant save it as bmp through IE. you might wanna change it to jpg to decrease the file size. i didnt wanna do it as it will reduce the quality

over here. the max is 100 by 100 pixels... my version has already been resized to that size. if u want a smaller one, then i can resize it for you, wouldnt recommend cos all the details would be lost

Right size but we want it down 2k... 1kb is max...

ok ill change it to jpg will lowest settings .. why is 1kb max anyway? which serivce provider u usig?

so be it...but this decreases quality significantly.

 

edit: it says 1.9kb but it's really 1.85kb

nope... i can get mine down to 10 kb min. and even at that point the image becomes horribly corrupted. you might want to find another provider to host ur image files.

btw bloodhound, you cant get a jpeg of that size that small
