I can prove that lack of atmospheric circulation is the single cause of the climate change. what i don't understand is why no Americans want to hear good news. NO ONE in this country seems to be able to tolerate even the mere hint of scientific discussion. Can any one advise me on how to present this data? Around here we like actual scientific discussion, not just hints or rumors of it. So, let's have it. How does an act of government change atmospheric circulation?
