Getting the client's local time (asp)

Does anybody know how to get the client's machine local time using vbscript? I am having trouble getting the right time because the server that I am using is in america. Any ideas?

 

P.S I am in UK

this may not be of any help, but is there any way you can do something like a: /CTCP <user name> TIME ,like you can in IRC?

 

maybe username would be replaced with a time site perhaps? I`m no VB expert! :)
