Hi, this article about production of foam glass, in our university we want to create new technic production from bottle waste.

If somebody may help me with this question please write.

 

 

As a foaming agent we use coal

As a active agent we use boric acid

 

It's the main question what do agents we may use instead of boric acid coal for extraction of carbon and oxygen?

Also what kind of agents we can use for intensification of foaming process and for decrease of foaming process if the size of glass particle is 5-10 micron

Cause I think that it's is the question interesting for people who learning chemistry, and can help me better understand the process of foaming, especially how and when we can find the agents for intensification of foaming in glass powder
