Hi to all,

I am a student from Germany, working in the lab of Neuroimmunology.:)

I am checking the expression of a cluster of differentiation (CD) protein in different types of genotype mice. For the same, I am using western blot method.

I am facing a problem in my western blot experiments is that I repeated my experiment several times but every time I get different tendency of protein expression among the different genotypes. For the control purpose I use alpha tubulin as an endogenous control, but the solution have been persisting any ways. Thats the reason I can't make the conclusion out of it. :unsure:

I would be happy if I get the solution for my problem from you

Unfortunately there is not enough information to do proper troubleshooting. Typical questions would e.g. whether you got technical replicates and how consistent the findings are on that level. Then what is the observed biological variance etc.
