Well, the sulphur wouldn't be doing the attacking if it's the electrophile. But yes, sulphur can act as quite a good electrophile. See sulfonium/sulfoxonium ylids or other hypervalent sulfur compounds.

 

 

 

sorry, i mean if oxygen can act as an electrophile?, being the sulfur the one who attacks it
