I am trying to measure zeta potential of my particles wich are silicate based, the zeta potential is decreasing with time, in 1mM buffer, it starts with a positive 10 value and decreases to about -30 over 30 minutes. Is this a stability problem?

I have tried it in higher conc. buffers upto 50mM but the results are still the same.
