gentr
I have very little experience in the field of genetics and would really appreciate your help. This is a highly-acclaimed paper, published in a very reputable journal; however, I have been told that there are some issues with it. Do you see what could be improved? Thanks in advance! timo
Well, I was brave enough to open the pdf: http://www.nature.com/ng/journal/v41/n12/abs/ng.478.html (you can/should probably delete the attachment now) Edited January 6, 2011 by timo
CharonY
Thanks Timo! Just by a rough overview (really hardly reading), it appears to me that they did not consider multiple hypothesis testing. Or at least I could not see it. But on this level I cannot really say that it is really heavily flawed otherwise (but I would need to read in more detail to really be sure on anything).
