I've been looking around but I can't find any world map that shows political ocean boundaries. If you've seen any please tell me.

Isn't it just 12nm away from the shore line or something like that?

 

 

Also, try using 'chart' instead of 'map' in your searches. Maps scale land; charts scale water.

I have no idea on its accuracy, but Wikipedia is one hell of a tool, and it looks pretty right to my untrained eye.
