Pluto is an ice world but it is possible it is reddish like some other bodies where it's at due to sunlight causes hydrocarbon ices to form larger molecules.

The earth is mostly covered by blue water and or life on land but there are expanses of earth crust that are reddish or orangish in color due to iron oxides and other oxides. The earth also recycles it's surface as plate tectonics renews the planets surface.

Mars is unlikely to have plate tectonics but it is big enough to have iron oxides on the surface where charged particles from the sun generates peroxides from the water and other chemicals on the surface of Mars.
