Lattice spacing of what? A sample/calibration standard that you are measuring? I'd expect that it's just the ratio of the length on the screen/picture to the lattice spacing. i.e. a lattice length of 10 nm that appears to be 1 mm is a 10^5 magnification

In a ring pattern from selected area electron diffraction (SAED), does anyone know how to calculate the camera length? We are given everything except the d-spacings. The radius are just measure with a ruler.

L(cam)=d*R/lambda

R=Ltan(2theta)

there is absolutely nothing out there on the net
