Sinsay, I really don't understand this second part. Could you please explain it and this time use the grammatical rules please!

It's a very difficult question.

 

My gut inclination is that "thinking" as we know it is an activity deeply rooted in natural language.

 

However, on the flip side I think any creature with neocortical-like structures in their brain (mammals, birds, possibly certain invertebrates like cuttlefish) is to a certain degree capable of what we consider consciousness. In that respect, yes, they think.
