You should really get a 15 dollar Schaumm's Outline: Immunology book. Or a General Biology book.

 

They have some really good illustrations that would take 40 pages of typing to explain.

 

You could also search the net for some illustrations.

 

It's really a complex process that can easily be broken down to a couple of good pictures and flow charts.
