Hey, how much of the watermelon is water? What is the differece between the white seeds and black?

A while ago, I've read somewhere that a water melon is about 80-85% water.

Don't know about the seeds as obviously both will germinate when planted. Before trying it out, I used to assume that the white seeds(on the supposed seedless melon) were juvenile versions of the black seeds.

Black are the matured seeds, I believe.

And seedless water melon have a few black seeds, what's up with that?

I think if theyre seedless they have no seeds at all.Black at least.
