There probably will be somewhere, although I don't really see the point.

That's basically it. Marx didn't really write much about the practicalities of governance.

Yeah, the manifesto reads more like a criticism of Capitalism then an advocate of Communism. One has to read the writings of the Lenin's, Mao's, Trotsky's etc for any actual advice on how to apply the philosophy.

I found this site that explains communism pretty well. But I want to learn more about marxism....

 

BTW, what would a major in marxism (at a college where one could make one's own custom major) consist of?
