CharonY Posted June 18, 2009 Share Posted June 18, 2009 Were the protocols you used specifically for S. aureus? AFAIK there are a few out there. If those do not work I would start troubleshooting the process than yet try another one (doing it in duplicate is not really troubleshooting, but rather counts as doing a backup).
