Using various inbred strains of mice, design an experiment to determine the importance of the three classes of MHC antigens in graft rejection. Include results and interpretation of the results in your answer. I am having some problems with this help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Since you're using mice, I assume you can postulate mice with any desired combination of MHC antigens. Then, it is just a matter of determining a suitable grafting experiment that demonstrates their differences...
