visceral Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 Sometimes if I've been sitting still too long or just feel tense, I have involuntary movements, my head jerks from side to side a little. Convulsions (even little ones) are definitely a VERY SERIOUS matter. Even if they are not convulsions, it still could be VERY serious.
