Internet Service Provider(ISP) ???

Featured Replies

Does anyone know which ISPs allow you to host a website from my PC computer? Some don't allow static IPs and IP forwarding(if you have a router, I do).

Some ISP(all in America) examples would be:

Verizon

Time Warner

Comcast

Adelphia

Actually I think most ISPs will give you a static IP for a higher rate. I know AT&T offers it. Heck, for enough money they'll give you a full T1.

I've tryed do the DynDNS thing is same pretty difficult : ( .

Why not use a hosting service as cheap as some of the rates are now? You can get better bandwidth for the money than you can get from your ISP.

I agree. Hosting services are really cheap these days. Plus you'll get the perks of better service and availability
