hi all;

I need your help in this.

I am working on SSCP (Single Strand Conformation Polymorphism), the instrument I use is ABI Biosystems 3130. we had to change the array for another type of work for few days and after that I put back my array and I ran spatial calibration but the baseline was up and down and the numbers were off the range.

The capillary wasn't broken under the technician inspection!!!

do you have any idea why the spatial calibration is acting strange?

 

if someone had done this before please try to help.

Is the calibration consistently off? Possibilities: array is not correctly installed, or it may be somehow damaged. Try reinstalling it again. If it does not work I'd suggest calling the support.
