(CNN) -- Scientists may have discovered the solar system's most distant object, more than three times farther away from Earth than Pluto.

 

"The sun appears so small from that distance that you could completely block it out with the head of a pin," said Dr. Mike Brown of the California Institute of Technology, who helped in the discovery.

I thought this one was more distant than others they had discovered. That's why I didn't consider it the one others had been talking about. I thought this was a new one.

nah, its jsut cause there has been alot of "new" news about it that its in the headlines plus it gots a name now

Doesnt Hubble reach that far? Couldnt we get some kind of closeup on it or something.
